− Didn’t see any staff but guess it is ok as it is smooth checking in and out of the apartment.
Little treasure in Lucca!
9.0Location, ease of checking in and out, cleaning service. Good value for the price.
− Only complaint would be that we had some ant visitors but we were there during a heat wave and I am sure it was just because they were looking for water. Nothing terrible.

10.0La struttura è in un'ottima posizione per vedere la città. E' molto ben arredata e non manca nulla. Molto facile il self check-in. Non dispone di un parcheggio, ma siamo riusciti a trovarne uno nelle vicinanze facilmente.
− Essendo la stanza al piano terra andrebbe forse messa una tenda meno trasparente per evitare che da fuori si riesca a guardare dentro.
