I didn’t like that there was no outdoor furniture, tv had been removed, only one small couch for furniture, could use a toaster. It was clean and kitchen fairly well stocked but missing a few things.

Beautiful from the outside. Easy to find. Neighborhood is very quiet. Was offered taxi arrangements from the airport to the building. Pictures shown are for the front apartment only. Upon arrival was notified by the caretaker that the front apartment was in need of repairs and would take two days to get fixed even though I requested the front apartment. Was checked in the back apartment which is extremely smaller and was charged the same price. Not much counter space to prepare food and no place to eat other then a small couch in the kitchen. Only one pot and pan to cook food. Had ants in the kitchen and caretaker just moped the kitchen floor and dumped the mop water in the front doorway. Ants returned the next day. The walls in the bedroom and the floor wasn’t completed. The bed mattress was hard and made it difficult to sleep. Had to hold the sink faucet in the bathroom down to turn it on or risked it breaking completely off. Not much hot water in the shower and the water pressure was very low. Water in the shower didn’t even drain very well. Takes longer then 10 minutes to walk to town as described.

Decent place but lacking in some essentials (toaster, blender, porch furniture, safe, pots and pans for small meals). Minimal furniture in living area. Shower ran entire time that we were there so the bathroom was very humid. Owner was responsive when contacted and arranged for airport pickup. Neighbors nice but one with with many dogs. One neighbor is tour guide. 15 minute walk to beach and downtown Soufriere, and walking distance (less than 30 minutes) to Botanical Gardens and Diamond Waterfall.
