5.0location. right in the middle of city centre. On quiet area. House keeping tip top, very fast response. View is stunning
− The staff. Reception to security. Not friendly. The way they communicate with customers, a bit impatient & dismissive. Simply lack of customer service. You ask a question, they answer for sure, but the body language is simply denying. I have never have this kind of experience with receptionist from International Hotel Chain. Just weird.
Great Stay Experience at Sanya
10.0Staying for 1 night at Hyatt Palce Sanya was an extreordinary experience. From the smooth check in experience till checking out. Everything was enjoyable. Having a spacious and clean room really gave me a relieve after a long trip around Sanya. Breakfast wa satisfying and more than enough varieties. It is very recommended for business or family trip...!!!
