8.0Ryokan de bon rapport qualité/prix, un personnel accueillant qui fait tout, un petit déjeuner copieux et authentique, une très belle vue du Mont Fuji..
− Infrastructure du onsen qui commence à être âgée.
Un super séjour dans un petit établissement typique tenu par un patron impressionnant d’abnégation et de générosité

10.0Sehr freundliches Personal, man fühlt sich wirklich total als wertgeschätzter Gast. Frühstück war unglaublich reichhaltig und vielfältig, eigentlich eher ein volles Mittagessen.

10.0El alojamiento es único. Autentico. Solo por las vistas ya merece la pena! El personal es muy amable y hace por entenderse! El desayuno es una pasada, increible de verdad! Ofrecen cafe soluble gratuito. Puedes aparcar en el alojamiento. Y de nuevo, las vistas al fuji y al lago … increibles

The hot springs are open from PM 3:00-11:00 and AM 6:00-9:00.
To use the hotel's free shuttle, please make a reservation at time of booking. The shuttles are offered between 15:00 and 20:00. Guests must also call the hotel upon arrival at Kawaguchiko Train Station.
Free shuttles to Kawaguchiko Train Station from the hotel are available at 08:45 and 09:45.
Guests with a tattoo may not be permitted to enter public bathing areas and other public facilities.
