10.0Stayed for one night in room 9 with the ensuite as personally I wouldn't like going outside to the bathroom in winter. The guys welcomed me and showed me the facilities, where to store foods in the fridge etc. Great place to stay, just a stones throw from Hesse Street for shops. As I stayed in winter and was one of 3 guests it was ultra quiet. It does have a hostel type of vibe but that doesn't matter to me. Big sized kitchen with full amenities such as microwave, oven and dishwasher for use by guests. A fireplace inside could be used and an outside fire pit/drum too. BBQ, and 2 very efficient patio gas heaters for extra warmth. TV if you feel like watching something, Netflix included, in the lounge space. For someone who works when away I was really impressed with the WIFI connection. All in all a great stay. Would recommend.

10.0This is great example of simple, clean and comfortable accommodation with communal areas that open the opportunity for incidental conversations and interactions that can enrich your stay. Loved the aquaponic tanks and nearby dive training facilities.

10.0I had a great stay. Very good communication before arrival. Hannah very kindly upgraded my room. My room had a very very comfortable bed, a heater and bedside lamps. Everywhere was extremely clean. It is a 5 min walk from the bus stop and the bus also carries on to the ferry if you are catching that (or a 15 min walk). I highly recommend Cobb & Co!
