− Staff - reception all of them very poor , they tried to cheat by claiming they’re giving my an upgrade when the room is exactly the one I booked. They limit wifi access (really in 2026) when almost all 4/5 star hotels globally even in thailand , wifi is like water - meaning easy access - these buggers give u passwords for different devices 🤣… we booked two one bedroom apartments, and there was only one TV unit , nothing in bedroom - so we had to ask them to shift the TV unit to bedroom. Also the room we booked clearly says sofa bed, but they didnt give us extra blanket or bedsheet or pillow - wtf !!! They want us to pay 💰. This hotel is going down the drain .. weekata next to it is much better - we tried it in the past but not sure now because both same ownership

9.0地理位置不错，711蛮近的，酒店有固定去海滩的班车，需要提前预约，还是蛮方便的。已经是第二次入住了。唯一的遗憾是没有给去年那样的转角大房间。
− 暂时没有，另外就是酒店的WIFI每次外出回来后，需要从新输入用户名和密码。其他还好。

− Too noisy due to ongoing construction. Also the bed is like sleeping on a floor. The mattress is way too hard.

− 1- مسبح الفندق طلعت منه راسي كله يعني التنظيف سي 2 - النت كل مره يطلب رقم سري 3- حصل مشخ بسيط في كرسي المطبخ لايرى الا بمكبر طلب تعويض 2000 بات بحط صورت المشخ 4 - سكنت في فوكت اماكن افضل منه وهذا اسوى تجربه

7.0Два года подряд жили в этой гостинице по две недели. Главный плюс этого места - это кухня в номере. Для семей с детьми на Kata beach в этой ценовой категории лучше не найти. Из плюсов также отмечу: хорошие чистые бассейны, безопасность на территории, везде камеры, дружелюбный персонал, вкусный кофе и коктейли.
− Хотелось бы, чтобы руководство уделило внимание качеству уборки в номерах, она посредственная. Также завтраки достаточно однообразные, ходили на завтрак без энтузиазма.
