When I checked in the type of room that I had booked and paid for was not available due to claims of maintenance concerns. They offered me a downgraded room and were astonished that I asked for some of my money back. They actually expected that they could sell a room, not deliver it and offer an inferior product but keep all the money. The room was in the middle of a residential neighbourhood where every one had about a dozen roosters. Non stop crowing 24 hours a day. There was a nice large shared balcony, problem was kids playing until late at night then a family talking loudly at 5 AM. Room itself was nice, modern and clean. However the kitchen had no hot place and there was no refrigerator in the room, but they did move a small one in.

Excellent apartment. We were very satisfied with our choice, the apartment was huge, clean and we were very comfortable. The staff are superb, very attentive and friendly. They helped us with all our inquiries and organised our travel to boracay. Nice and quiet place with a big garden so we could relax properly after our long inbound flights. We tried a lovely restaurant just around the corner called Latte which was recommended by the staff. The apartment is easy to get to from Kalibo airport and close to the main bus station. Happy to recommend.

Lovely staff, professional and very polite and helpful. They helped us so much with our children so me and my husband had some time to do some shopping. Apartment was large and well designed. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a comfortable stay. Its an apartment building with large communal spaces and a big garden with outside furniture. Easy to get to from Kalibo airport and easy to get into town. The building is off the main road so quiet and peaceful. I definitely would recommend.

Very nice place to stay. Staff were great and made sure we were fine. The apartment was large and comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. Building has a big garden and large patio. Easy and quick to get to from the airport. Easy to get in and out of town. Nice restaurants close by. No complaints.

Staff were fantastic and treated us really well. The apartment was huge and very clean and comfortable. Building has a garden and large patios so plenty of space to relax in. Location is on a side street off one of the main roads into Kalibo. Its nice a quiet but still fine for going into the centre on town. We grabbed a tricycle and got around Kalibo without any hassles. Very close to Kalibo airport and the main bus station for our onward trip. Wifi worked well. Would stay there again.
