10.0駅に近くてコスパがいい
誠意が感じられない昔々のホテル。
3.0ロケーションがよく熊谷駅から5分ぐらいでついたこと。
− 素泊まりだったので、駅周辺でご飯を食べ20：30ぐらいにフロントに行くと、「今日はボイラーの調子が良くなくて水しか出ないのでご了承ください。」といわれ、え？じゃあ水でお風呂に入れってことですか？温泉とか銭湯とか近くにあるんですか？と確認したら「あー、この周りにないですね、時間的にもないですね。」と。結局未就学児3人子供達泣きながら風呂に入れました。「冷たすぎて早くここから脱出したい。」と子供に言われてほんと予約したことを後悔しました。チェックアウトまで復旧の連絡はなく、ましてや、チェックアウトのとき、何も謝罪の言葉もなく何も割引とかもなく「ありがとうございましたまたお越しください〜。」は？もっと言うことあるんじゃない？という感じです後にしました。清掃もイマイチでバスルームに髪の毛やゴミが落ちていたり、テッシュカバーはシミがついていたり、引き出しや押し入れを開けるとぐちゃぐちゃに入った布団たちが沢山入っていて、これが敷かれているのか…と思うととても不快でした…。本当に残念です。

3.0駅から近いことと、駐車場が近いこと 旧館の最上階で他の部屋がなくプライベート感はあった。
− 風呂の清潔さに欠けていた。 シャワーカーテンがカビており、そのカーテンレールにもカビが散見された。 風呂もお湯が出ず、申し出をしてから解決するまで時間がかかった。お湯が出ても熱湯は大量に出るが適温のお湯は水圧が弱かった。 和室改装のフローリングであったが、床に直に座るか布団に座るようになってしまうので。椅子か、座椅子、座布団が欲しかった。
