3.0Zuerst möchten wir die positiven Aspekte erwähnen: Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich sehr gut und praktisch. Außerdem war es angenehm, dass ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer vorhanden war.
− Leider gab es aber auch viele negative Punkte. Die Zimmerausstattung war sehr schlecht und die Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei unserer Ankunft befanden sich noch alte Haare von anderen Gästen im Bett, sodass wir selbst etwas auf das Bett legen mussten, um dort schlafen zu können. Außerdem haben wir keine Handtücher erhalten. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, obwohl wir tagsüber unterwegs waren. Insgesamt waren wir von der Sauberkeit und dem Zustand des Zimmers sehr enttäuscht. Schade, denn mit einer besseren Zimmerpflege und Ausstattung hätte der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer sein können.

3.0Location, short walk from the Tain station.
− This hotel is no longer what it was, it's been taken over and the change is very disappointing. Its contactless, and there only someone there sometimes during the day, although when I arrived there was no one. I managed to get in the room with the key box. But it really disturbed me that this three floor big hotel is unlocked at night - the front door is completely unlocked - and anyone can walk into the hotel and roam around on all floors without any problem. I have never experienced something like this - especially in the middle of the city. I felt very unsafe. Also there are absolutely no services, no breakfast, no vending machines. It's a very old hotel, and not really renovated. There is no elevator. A year ago I stayed here, and even though it was old, it ran like a normal hotel, with a breakfast room, and reception. But it has been completely destroyed. I don't mind a contactless hotel is its well designed. In addition, my bed was set up so my head would be under the window shelf and I was worried to hit my head so I had to move the bed. Its all very shabby!
