6.0This is a guest room only, not a hotel. No front desk or services. A very rough area with several homeless nearby. The included breakfast is a voucher for a coffee and croissant at a stand-up bar over 2 blocks away. Marco was late arriving for check in and we were pressed into leaving before check out time. The room was fairly clean but worn-out. No wifi and only 5 channels for television.

6.0Very close to train station. When we arrived, no one was there to let us in, nor would they answer the phone. In panic mode while we all stood outside with all our bags. Finally showed up 15 minutes later

8.0If your looking for a place to sleep only and accessibility to Roma Termini, Then is a great choice. But if you’re planning to walk to tourist spots, it’s ideally not the greatest choice. The 30 minute walk to Coluseeum is convenient, but anything further is harsh because of 30 degree sun will drain you.

4.0The guy who was checking us in was 45mins late. REALLY slow to respond to us. We managed to make our way into the building thanks to another person staying in the building otherwise we were out on the buay street with our suitcases. We then had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs because the lift could barely fit 2 people nevermind luggage also. So we spent 45mins outside the door just waiting in the heat. Will never ever go here again.
