10.0Останавливались с семьей. В Сызрани, это самое достойное и комфортное проживание. Ряд некоторых нюансов, конечно, удивили, но не омрачили нашего общего впечатления. Золотые унитазы, это, конечно пушка😂😂😂сильно повеселили и стали изюминкой пребывания в этом отеле. Удивил момент со СПА зоной, как оказалась, сауны вкл в 17 , бассейн с единой глубиной 2 м и, !внимание!, каждый вход оплачивается отдельно. Как правило, в других отелях, для проживающих гостей, спа и термальная зона входит в стоимость проживания, ну хотя бы несколько часов. Здесь такого нет. Если вышел, то чтоб зайти ещё раз, снова нужно платить. Этот момент огорчил, поскольку, мы ехали с детьми и взяли Их в свою деловую поездку, именно для того, чтоб провести вместе время, свободно поплавать, но не получилось. Но мы Нашли чем заняться и не омрачить этого время
Балкона не было, горячей воды тоже(
6.0Не первый раз останавливаюсь, и всегда был очень доволен, а в этот раз дали номер не той категории, которая забронирована, с видом не на реку, а на задний двор, и еще были проблемы с горячей водой. Поэтому сам отель хороший, но в этот раз полный незачет.
