10.0Super Frühstück, jeden Tag gab es etwas anders. Nette Vermieterin und saubere Wohnung. Guter Anschlüsse zur Stadtmitte. Insgesamt kann ich sehr empfehlen.

10.0We spent three truly unforgettable days at Gaia’s room, thanks to the warm and exceptionally personal care from Anna, our wonderful host. From the very first moment, Anna made us feel completely at home, even surprising us with a delicious, made-to-order breakfast every morning—catering to our gluten- and lactose-free needs with thoughtfulness that went far beyond our expectations. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable, and filled with that special sense of peace you only find in a well-loved family home. Gaia’s room is a gem for couples who want to experience the genuine warmth and hospitality of a real Roman family. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel truly welcome and cared for.
Super B&B in Rome
10.0Anna is een zeer goede gastvrouw en doet dit met hart en ziel. Wij verbleven er 4 nachten en werden elke ochtend verwend met een rijkelijk ontbijt en fijne babbel.. Elke ochtend was er een variatie aan Italiaanse lekkernijen. De kamer is zeer proper en alles is voorzien. Met de bus en metro zijn alle bezienswaardigheden vlot bereikbaar. Anna is zeer behulpzaam, vriendelijk en enthousiast en wil het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk maken. Ze maakt je wegwijs in Rome met de nodige informatie. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Rome en bij Anna en zullen dit zeker aanbevelen. Thank you Anna for the Lovely stay❤️

10.0Struttura posizionata davanti a Porta Maggiore dove partono mezzi pubblici, per raggiungere ogni punto della città. Camera e bagno pulitissimi colazione sia salato che dolce , preparata da Anna la proprietaria,molto abbondante e buonissima , La Signora Anna una persona straordinaria e disponibile per ogni cosa. Super consigliato.

10.0Apartman divan ,uređen sa puno pažnje i krasnih detalja,da ti boravak bude sto ugodniji.Kafa,čaj,voda besplatno na korištenje .Apartman odiše čistoćom i urednošću . Posebno bih istakla našu domaćicu Annu koja plijeni svojom pojavom,spremna na svaki vid pomoći u bilo koje doba dana i noći. Divna vesela a doručak koji nam je priredila je za posebnu pohvalu. Ukratko, apartman za svaku preporuku Mi ćemo se sigurno opet vratiti Hvala Anna za sve❤️

10.0Gaia to pokój z łazienką w mieszkaniu, w którym mieszka właścicielka. Wspaniała, pomocna osoba która codziennie przygotowuje bardzo dobre śniadania. Pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem, klimatyzowany. Doskonała lokalizacja blisko dworca kolejowego i 30 minut spacerem od Koloseum.
