Great location
6.0Stayed three nights, friendly staff. Small hotel ideally situated for travel by train and getting a car to the airport. Great for walking around and also catching the vaporeto to any of the sights. Mattress and pillows were not great. Clean and convenient.

Not really worth it
8.0A bit of a disappointment. Knew that the location was right outside the Venice city and that was one of the reasons to pick it, to be able to easier get to it with luggage. While did not have an expectation of big rooms since in Europe, however of somewhat better rooms. However, the staff while being friendly were not too happy to see their guests and for the cost of felt a bit too much
Stay in Venice
10.0Location was close to water taxi and train station. We were dropped off and picked up right in front of the hotel. No dragging luggage thru Venice. Room was clean and bright. Included breakfast buffet was substantial. Great place to stay.
