2.0I tried to contact them to update my booking by one day. They did finally reply that if i wanted an plckup at the airport they would, and told me the cost. I told them the arrival time and flight number. I sent them the information and recieved no reply. I arrived and waited for the taxi. No one came. I took a taxi to the property and no one would answer the door. The taxi driver phoned over and over. We could hear the phone but??? I tried to cancel the next night with no repy. Then much later got a repy that they were full. I will be very reluctant to use this orbitz again!! If ever! I am not satisfied with this one bit.
