8.0Desk staff very helpful and friendly, especially the night desk employee. This hotel is very clean conveniently located to virtually everything a visitor would like to see in the historic district. The few issues with the hotel are: requires maintenance, room safe, closet hangers. The first room we stayed in had a clogged shower head, and the television became inoperable because the streaming service bill was not paid. We were moved to a much better room the following day. Overall a good hotel.
Good choice in the historic center
8.0Great location on the edge of the historic center, and the hotel staff were always helpful. Although we had requested a quiet room (rooms in the back), the only one available did not have any windows so we opted for a room overlooking the street which had a small balcony. The rooms at the front of the hotel are noisier but were reasonable quiet between 11 pm and 7 am so ended up not being a real issue. The bed was on the firm side but comfortable, and the bathroom was fairly large with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Overall a great stay.

8.0Very clean, excellent value. Simple room, no drawers for clothing, no decorations. Excellent location, a few blocks from Plaza Principal.
