Great Location, Nice Room, Very over priced.
5.0The rooms have been updated and have a nice feel to them. The beds were comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave. The location was great situated between Big Bear Lake and ArrowBear Lake. Close access to OHV trails, which is why we were there.
− Not worth the price tag what so ever. Very, Very, Very over priced. For the same price I could have stayed in a luxury hotel on the beach in with a restaurant and much better amenities.
Extremely Disappointing Stay
1.0Room was clean
− I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The biggest issue was the constant noise. There was nonstop stomping and loud noise coming from the room above me throughout the night, along with other noises from the hallway and surrounding rooms. It was impossible to get a good night’s sleep. A hotel should provide a comfortable place to rest, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I barely slept because of the noise, which completely affected my stay. I hope the management takes this issue seriously by improving soundproofing or enforcing quiet hours. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful night’s sleep.
nice rooms at a decent price
7.0comfy room, clean, no elevator, but beds were comfortable. newly remodeled rooms. nice. The front desk has no frills and nowhere to sit.
