I do not recommend this room. My stay was in room 1010.
5.0Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet expectations. I booked this property by mistake, as the description gives the impression of a 5-star hotel, but in reality the quality of service and overall condition are far below that standard. The prices are at the level of a proper 5-star hotel, yet the quality leaves much to be desired. It is clear that the hotel is older, but age itself is not an issue if the property is well maintained, clean, and managed with proper service standards. Please provide guests with more honest and accurate information so people are not misled.
− The shower was broken, the toilet was broken, and instead of carpet there was laminate flooring.

10.0Breakfast was great with good choices and the hotel is located next to the Wanda shopping complex which makes it really handy. The assistant director of rooms Mr Ken Liu was very helpful.
