9.0The hotel staff were so kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room was also very clean and comfortable. They even allowed my son to go swimming even though he wasn't supposed to yet. One of them told us, "You deserve to enjoy yourselves." That meant so much to us. ☺️ Thank you for your kindness and generosity it truly means a lot.

2.0Déjeuner correcte mais cher par rapport à la qualité. Viennoiseries et petits pains surgelés. Café correct. Bulles à disposition. Saumon fumé bon.
− L'accès à la piscine extérieure n'est pas compris dans le prix de la chambre. Etant arrivé à 16h (mauvais accueil, chemin pour atteindre la chambre mal indiqué) et dépôt des valises, nous sommes redescendus à 16h30 pour profiter de la piscine mais l'accès nous a été refusé car nous n'avions pas payé l'accès. 12€/personnes supplémentaire nous a été demandé. Nous avons refusé. Etant donné que le repas au restaurant (catastrophique pour un gastronomique à 57€/personne hors boissons) à 19h-19h30, nous aurions du payer 12€ en plus par personne pour ne profiter que 2 petites heures de la piscine, c'est exorbitant. Nous n'avons jamais été considérés et bien accueillis. C'est dommage car l'endroit est magnifique. Mais aucun service pour un hôtel 4 étoiles à 250€ la nuit, c'est vraiment irrespectueux !
