Ich würde diese Apartments nicht weiterempfehlen.
4.0Die Lage! Das war es dann aber auch wirklich! Unmittelbare Nähe zu einer U-Bahn, die einen zu allen zentralen Orten bringt, sowie die Nähe zur Sagrada Familia, sind wirklich unschlagbar. Jedoch ist auch bei der Lage ein Nachteil. Denn das Wohnhaus, in dem sich die Apartments befinden, grenzt direkt an einer Grundschule. Somit kann man lediglich am Wochenende ausschlafen. Vor allem während der Pausen, ist es entsprechend laut.
− Es ist einfach sehr dreckig und eng. Man darf keinerlei comfort erwarten. Die Duschkabinen sind veraltet und teilweise sind die Duscharmaturen verkalkt, oder gar verschimmelt. Der Fußboden, wurde während meines Aufenthaltes von 10 Tagen sehr minimal gereinigt. Die Deko-Kissen und die Deko-Decke waren von Anfang an dreckig und harren Flecken, weswegen ich sie immer wieder nach dem „Reinigen“ außerhalb meines Bettes gelagert habe. Es ist allgemein im Haus sehr hellhörig, sodass man auch Nachbarn von den anliegenden Wohnungen hört. Tut mir leid das sagen zu müssen, aber man hat das Gefühl, dass sich nicht um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste gekümmert wird und davon ausgeht, dass die Lage den Preis rechtfertigt. Tut es aus meiner Sicht jedoch nicht. Ich hoffe ihr könnt etwas daran verändern.

Overall, a really nice and comfortable stay!
8.0The location is amazing! Markets, restaurants, pharmacies, and everything else you might need are just a short walk away. I wouldn’t recommend it for people who need complete silence to sleep, but personally, it wasn’t a problem for me. The apartment was tidy and clean, and the housekeeper came every day to ask if we needed anything or if anything else needed cleaning.
− Hmm, having a kitchen is definitely a must, but one thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t even a small fridge in the room. I would definitely recommend investing in small fridges for the rooms that don’t have one. Especially during the hot summer months, I think having a fridge is essential. It’s not a huge investment but would help a lot!
