9.0El trato cercano y profesional del personal del hotel y la cama de las habitaciones, que tenía la dureza perfecta para descansar. La iluminación y temperatura de la habitación perfecta y el acceso a la finca con el mando es muy cómodo porque te da libertad total
− Según el viento se oía la carretera. Estaria bien tener alguna opción más para comer en el alojamiento a mediodía, dado que no tiene restaurante. También se agradecería un poco más de variedad en el desayuno, como algo más de repostería dulce o salada de la isla y quizá el yogur y la fruta podrian estar en el bufet para poder mezclarlos y añadir frutos secos o avena de manera libre.

Tranquillity and peace
8.0The absolute standout without taking anything away from the property itself was the pre arrival communication, which made our holiday exceptional, smooth, and entirely hassle free. The team was incredibly helpful in replying to emails and providing an amazing, well curated platform packed with recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and local info. It covered not only Ciutadella but the whole island, which was perfect for us since we spent some time in Mahón as well. The location was very convenient a mix of easy access to the heart of the town at the same time remote enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Even though the property was fully booked, it remained incredibly relaxing, quiet, and clean with a beautiful design. They were also kind enough to offer us a beach umbrella for our trips.
− The only area I would improve is the breakfast. I would have appreciated a little bit more varieties compared to similar places i've stayed. Additionally, we like to wake up early on holiday to arrive earlier than the crowds and enjoy Menorca's natural beaches in peace, so the 8am start time was a bit too late for us. That said, we really appreciated the staff recommending an excellent local bakery that opens early, which was a great alternative , obviously not in the B&B package.
