− I requested a cancelation due to transferring to a separate Americinn, closer to where we needed to be for a sports tournament. I was advised the property would respond within 24 hours after my cancelation was submitted; I received 0 response and my message was not acknowledged. Then, despite the policy being charged one night of fees, I was charged the entire stay (value $365). I contacted the hotel, again, and they said they'd refund the difference...proceeding to refund $17. Not the second night as they indicated. When I again explained that they've even failed to respond to my messages and again request a refund due to their failure to respond, including screenshots of all of the above information, they stopped responding. I still have a charge of $365 despite letting them know I would be canceling well over 24 hours in advance.

7.0No view other than the town which is to be expected. The beds are uncomfortable other than that everything was good.

Should have been $50 not over $200
3.0− Broken couch bed Very thin sheets and no comforter only one ice machine on another floor They allowed people to be up and loud and drunk until 2-3 AM Cooling unit in room barely worked.
I will not stay here in the future.
3.0− The shower curtain did not reach the floor by about 6 inches, so water got all over the bathroom floor. This was in a handicap accessible room. Not good for a handicapped person. Should report them to OSHA. People were drinking alcohol in the lounge area with minors present at 10:00 pm. The floor was being replaced in the breakfast area and entryway. This created a tripping hazard.
