10.0Amazing location with everything within walking distance, the Apartment block is very clean and quiet, friendly neighbors and staff connected to the building, The host was pleasant to deal with, responsive and friendly, Very helpful with check-in times as I drove from interstate, The deposit was returned quick and easy, I would highly recommend. The apartment fitted my family of 5 for 7 nights nicely the pool and BBQ area are truly luxurious and the views are just WOW.

2.0I did not end up staying at the property as the system for check in was absolutely dreadful. I was using the property for work purposes and needed a simple check in/out with parking. The online process of check in (after paying anyway) - all to secure a bond was absolutely ridiculous. I had to provide/upload passport, licence and visa information, and wasted time doing so. I was told this was normal - but have never experienced this elsewhere. There is no manned reception and penalties are incurred for post 6 pm check ins!! - go figure. I naturally told them where to put the reservation and have an argument in place with wotif to secure a refund.

10.0It was a well positioned property which is located in the good part of St Kilda. Walking distance to the supermarket, bars, pubs and restaurant. Great vibe. This place has an amazing rooftop pool where the views are breathtaking and also an area to have a BBQ. It would definitely be a place I would stay in again especially in summer.
