Ужасный сервис.
6.0Забронировали апартаменты, за час до приезда в них(мы из другого города) позвонили администратору, чтобы нас встретили. Но нам ответили, что в наших апартаментах всвязи с ремонтом нет электричества(мы приехали на место, посмотрели, по факту света не было из-за задолженности по ком. Услугам по данной квартире и их просто отключили). Нас заранее ни кто не уведомил. Звоним администраторам и просим отменить бронь, т.к. отмена с нашей стороны была платная, в ответ нам сказали, что отменять бронь не будут, т.к. номер готов и можете заселяться в него. Или мы вам предлагаем 2варианта, один готов к заселению, а второй будет готов только в 19.00, хотя время было 15.00 на тот момент. Мы поехали смотреть первый вариант Куйбышева 21(это просто клоповник, на обоях плесень, кухня старушка, воняет грязными носками, мебель в пятнах) вообщем мы отказались. Стали ждать 7ми вечера, нам предложили вариант Малышева 30, квартира хорошая и чистая, там и остались, но нервы потратили изрядно. Вообщем сервис убогий... ни каких извинений не последовало, Ирина менеджер хамка.
