Charming and upmarket new eastend.
8.0Made very welcome by host Tom and given information needed for our stay. Breakfast was well served and very good value with a good choice. Although we arrived by bus, very easy and within a 10 min walk, there was plenty of local parking. The house was a curiosity with wonders on walls and in public areas. Great. Could do with a tidy up but this added to the chaotic charm. We would definitely return to stay again. Plenty of local cafes, restaurants and shop nearby.

10.0Very comfortable and clean room, lovely breakfast. It’s not a hotel, it’s a house that gives services like a hotel (and possibly more). It might be a better solution for some and a matter for others. Overall it was great!

8.0First impressions not great , but once inside people were very polite and friendly, breakfast was excellent. Would have preferred an en-suite. But overall Quite satisfied.
