10.0Peter and Nichola could not have been more hospitable. They were born to be BnB hosts. And the breakfast…good enough to rival the best hotel breakfasts. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Beautiful Guest House which is well worth a visit and lovely hosts.
10.0Our hosts were lovely and very welcoming. We had a very comfortable stay and would love to go back for another visit in due course. The property is located in a vey quiet street and it is only a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops and parking so could not have been better for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are more than happy to recommend.
− Nothing except perhaps a fan or a small portable air conditioner for the bedroom but none of us could have envisaged such incredibly hot weather!

9.0Perfect location, short walk from the train station and even shorter to the lovely high St and sea front. The room was spacious and comfortable and I had a lovely view of the garden. Very quiet and peaceful and the breakfast was delicious! The owners were really helpful and welcoming.

10.0Nicola and Peter were lovely hosts. It’s in a great location, clean and comfortable with huge bathroom. We have stayed in a number of B&Bs while on our two month trip and this one had the best breakfast. Thank you Peter!
− The only minor issue is doesn’t have dedicated parking but that was easily managed.
