Lovely house with crystal clear sea at its footsteps

Wonderful location on the top of the cliff, where you can listen to waves and adore beautiful sunsets. Pebbly/sandy beaches with crystal clear sea just few steps from the house. Modern furniture, mosquito nets and lovely host Bessy sum up the great experience! We would love to visit again next year!

− The second bed for our daughter was not the most comfortable. Roads are narrow and parking demands some skills, but to us that was not a problem.

We had a wonderful one week vacation at this stylish apartment. Everything exceeded our expectations. We did not arrive until gone 10pm and Bessy our host was waiting to welcome and show us around. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with all necessary essentials. The standout feature was the stunning sea view, perfectly framed by the large sliding glass doors leading onto the private patio with canopy. These doors flooded the living space with natural light which blended the indoor and outdoor area bringing the outside in.! The large patio was not overlooked and was a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast, dinner or just relaxing watching the stunning sunset. Another feature we appreciated was the ease of the electronic patio shutters which provided privacy, shade and security at the touch of a button. The apartment was in a perfect location. A private set of steps leading down to a secluded beach was just a two minute walk away which Bessy was more than happy to guide us to. Bessy was very friendly and our communication with her was always responsive. We would highly recommend this holiday apartment and will definitely be returning in the future. Keith and Julie.

L'appartamento è estremamente curato nei dettagli, combinando la sua posizione eccellente con un ambiente molto piacevole. Bessy, la proprietaria, gentilissima, parla bene italiano (cosa non scontata) e si prodiga per tutto. La casa si trova in un punto comodo per andare in spiaggia (sassosa e mare da urlo) e alle taverne sul mare con pochi gradini da percorrere. Il piccolo villaggio di Avias è praticamente la porta d'ingresso del Mani, il "secondo dito" del Peloponneso da scoprire adeguatamente (almeno fino a Limeni) con sosta approfondita a Kardamili e bagno imperdibile a Foneas. A nord di Kalamata, a 40 minuti dall'appartamento, c'è Massene, un sito archeologico unico, e se uno vuole fare una giornate escursionistica intera c'è pure il "primo dito" con i due "occhi della Serenissima" (Koroni e Methoni), il monastero Grivitsanis, una di quelle cose che dà il La a una vacanza (da raggiungere cautamente per gli ultimi due chilometri di strada bianca e un po' sconnessa ma comunque percorribile con un'utilitaria), e la zona di Navarino con cultura e mare strepitoso perfettamente combinati. The communication with Bessy was top notch! This property is spotless, well equipped, has beautiful views from the upstairs balcony and the downstairs patio (which is very large), good bed and private parking! We only spent 2 nights but would love to return and stay longer.
