− The host were rude to me and my Family during our stay

9.0Everything was mostly good
− The maid didn't make the bed even though we put the card on the door. They did bring fresh towels and pick up dirty ones.

3.0Location was nice
− Upon checking in the gentleman that checked us in had an attitude and tried to raise the rate $120 for two nights more than the booking price. Management stepped in and kept the rate the same. House keeping doesn’t clean the greatest as there was dog food left on the floor in a bedroom. There was a bad rain storm that came in and water came through the front door flooding the entrance and the first bedroom. The water traveled through the wall into the second bedroom. Went to notify staff but no one was on duty. Had to use the dirty shower towels to clean up the water. Messaged management and he never responded til late but left a batch of new towels hanging on the front door. Will not stay here again. As long as the weather is nice you’ll be fine but if it rains you will experience water in the cottage as it’s designed poorly for water runoff. Management said they were sorry we experienced it but showed a picture of a medium sized tree branch that fell and said we are assessing the damage as if a tree limb was more important than our personal belongings being soaked from the flooded cottage.

10.0− The property manager could of been not so rude, several of my friends that stayed as well thought the same thing. He was not very friendly he would keep guests from wanting to return.
Very clean nice facilities, in close proximity to Lakeside. The owners are super nice and friendly.
9.0Easy to get to and close to Lakeside where we were having a family reunion
− Bunkbeds are very close together in heights, easy to knock your head when sitting up on the bottom bunk. Had to go buy a 9 x 13 pan that would fit in the toaster oven for breakfast casserole.
