− 1. Restaurant. Breakfast was included in our reservation. First two days of our stay we had a really bad experience: long wait to get seated, even though restaurant was about 10% occupied, long wait to get our order taken, not receiving the full order, having to ask 2-3 times for the same thing... I have to say things changed on the 3rd day with the manager being there, completely opposite experience - it was quick and efficient. It'd be nice to have an option to get breakfast earlier on weekends too since we had events to attend and had to leave before 8a.m. 2. Front desk. Everybody was nice and friendly all the time, but I had to ask for things 3, sometimes 4 times before getting them. No housekeeping service every day - no big deal for us, I took out the trash myself and asked for towels and toilet paper at the front desk - nothing upon return, had to track housekeeper again in the hallway to actually get the toilet paper. TV not working upon check in (the message read ask for assistance). Had to ask 3 times before this got resolved. Asked for a wakeup call one night since I had an important event in the morning, never received it. I do not like to complain usually and let small things go, I understand it can get busy and one can forget things, but in this hotel nothing was done upon request, I hope with some training things will change. This is not a Hilton standard. Beautiful property, nice location, but all those little issues added up and spoiled it for us. 3. Water. Be prepared to run water for at least 20 minutes before it gets hot.
