Cozy and convenient cabins perfectly located for coastal fun!
10.0We loved the coziness of our cabin and the comfort of the bed. As it was October during our stay, it was very cool in the morning, but was perfect for sitting on the covered porch (even on one drizzly morning) with a hot cup of tea watching the leaves fall from trees that were ablaze in color still. The heater in the cabin did a great job of keeping us toasty through the night and the kitchenette made eating leftover from the day convenient. The hosts were very friendly and the snacks and drinks provided in the office we a good start to our mornings. The rock art pieces created by one of the hosts were so cute that two of us purchased pieces as a reminder of our stay and trip after we got back home. The location is convenient to some of the most adorable coastal towns and we will definitely book again on our next New England trip and recommend to friends who travel the area.
− Can't think of anything that detracted from our enjoyment. We are easy travelers who are as comfortable in a warm cabin as we are in a 5 star luxury hotel.

9.0Very nice stay, cottage was a bit smaller than anticipated
Good general location-but too close to the road and too close to the other cottages on site.
6.0Rooms were clean and staff was very nice. Food variety and quality of continental breakfast was good too.
− Our bathroom was adjacent to the deck from another unit where the people were smoking and we heard every word of their conversation when we were in the bathroom. Our cottage was right next to River Road and about 100 feet from Route 1 so there whole night there was road noise which made it hard to get to sleep. Surprised they charged $1 for a bottle of water that you can get in bulk for 30 cents a bottle, where other hotels that charge $250/night give you free water. Also disappointed that the only juice-like drinks available at breakfast were Capri Suns. No outlets in the bathroom in one of the two cottages we rented.

8.0We booked late so lots of options were gone in the region. The little cottage idea seemed kitchy. It is. Kinda feels like back in my youth, staying in Motels as my family traveled around America. Feels more like staying at your aunts house than at a hotel. And there is nothing wrong with that. Things in the area kinda shut down in early October so plan for that. Less crowds though! Parking is a little rough in cabins 6-4 but otherwise it was good.
