9.0Very welcoming with lots of curios to look at. Fridge of alcohol and non alcohol drinks to purchase. Able to sit in the garden in the evening

9.0Great welcome by hosts. Comfortable, clean and well-equipped room. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. It was a pleasure to stay here. Will use again if visiting Lincoln.

− The road outside was noisy. Bed in the Victorian room slightly small for me. The other 2 rooms would have been ideal.
