A mouse in my room
6.0I would warn other travelers to not book this hotel using any online booking service. Its a decent hotel, but you should pay cash when you arrive, and it is a bit overpriced for its quality of rooms. I paid ahead of time for my stay using hotels.com, and when it came time to check out all the staff had never even heard of hotels.com. So I spent two hours trying to check out, and eventually had to pay the hotel and pursue reimbursement from hotels.com. So do yourself a favor, and don't book this hotel online. Oh, and there was a mouse in my room.
