− LIMPEZA RUIM, BANHEIRO COM CHEIRO RUIM E SEM LIMPEZA, ÁREA DO BOX MUITO SUJA, PAREDES CHEIO DE LODO. QUARTO MUITO SUJO, TINHA ATÉ UMA RODELA DE SALAMINHO NO QUARTO QUE PARECIA FASER MUITO TEMPO QUE NÃO HAVIA UMA LIMPEZA DIGNA.

4.0Bom café da manhã e quarto confortável.
− Ao fazer a reserva, consultei sobre disponibilidade de estacionamento no hotel. Ao chegar lá, fui informado que não havia espaço no estacionamento. Ou seja, fazem um estacionamento que não comporta o tamanho do hotel, e não avisal isso aos clientes. Sendo que uma das vagas estava sendo ocupado pelo carro do gerente. O atendimento no check-in foi muito ruim também. Ao chegarmos no quarto vimos que o mesmo tinha apenas um cobertor bem fino. Sendo que a temperatura na época era de 8oC e o quarto não conta com aquecedor. Pedimos cobertor extra e fomos informados que não havia. Nunca vi um hotel que tem apenas 1 cobertor para quarto e não consegue atender esse tipo de pedido. No dia seguinte a pessoa na recepção fui muito mais atenciosa e providenciou o cobertor extra. Disse que "provavelmente o pessoal da noite, na hora do check-in, estava em 'mudança de turno'". Ou seja, o tal gerente ocupa as vagas do estacionamento e não gerencia um bom atendimento para hóspedes que chegaram à noite e cansados....

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.
