− Il fesait 16 degré dans la chambre et on nous a proposé des courvertures !!! Le mode chauffage n étant pas prévu à cette date puis en insistant et donc perte de temp d agacement nous avons eu gain de cause seiche serviette idem !! Femme de ménage avait oublié les chiffons sales lors de notre retour sur table de nuit !!! Et au petit déjeuner nous avons commandé deux café avons pris des tartines nous sommes allé chercher des jus de fruit en revenant 1 mn plus de déjeuner il avait débarrasser tous notre séjour a été des excuses du personnel sans jamais rencontrer un responsable pas agréable au prix de l etlablissement !!!!

10.0Merci à toutes et tous pour votre accueil (en particulier Sebastiano) et pour ce que vous avez mis en place pour faire en sorte que mon épouse et moi-même ayons un anniversaire de mariage inoubliable. Ce séjour à Venise aura été une magnifique expérience et c'est en partie grâce à vous, cela restera pour toujours un très beau souvenir. Nous vous souhaitons une bonne continuation et au plaisir de se revoir un jour peut-être.
