10.0Nossa estadia foi curta pois precisava descansar para continuar a viagem. Mas fomos bem tratadas , o espaço é muito agradável , as refeiçoes saborosas e a vista é maravilhosa. Fiz aula de hidroginastica e a Professora é top . Espero voltar em breve.

Pelo custo, compensa procurar outras opções
4.0O local tem uma vista muito boa e os funcionários foram simpaticos e prestativos, mas esses foram os unicos pontos positivos que eu achei. O quarto que fiquei estava limpo, mas precisaria de uma reforma, e pelo valor da diaria, o café da manhã é simples em demasia e faltam opções. Outro ponto absurdo, ao menos em minha opinião, foi que eu adquiri o um pacote "Spa relax", que incluia banho relaxante (com sais, etc) e massagem, e na hora da execução me informaram que eu teria que pagar a toalha a parte, e o saisl de banho também! Após minhas reclamações não fui cobrado, mas é surpreendente que ao contratar um "banho" eles sequer querem fornecer a toalha, e que o banho relaxante com camomila, não inclua os sais relaxantes... Também erraram na minha conta, e tive que reclamar para que fosse cobrado o valor correto. Alias, isso aconteceu não só no hotel, mas em outros estabelecimentos na cidade....
O encanto da serra
10.0Eu posso recomendar olhos fechados, o lugar é incrível, o atendimento, a proprietária sempre solicita e sua equipe. Os quartos tem varanda e a vista sensacional. Tive a honra de ver o nascer do sol. A comida deliciosa. Vou virar cliente. E experimentem os banhos e massagens.
