A great place to stay.
8.0The property was great overall, lovely pool and hot tub. Location was good with adequate parking. The rooms were nice. We were moved due to the water heater not working and while they said it was an upgrade (because we were closer to the water?), the room was way smaller and technically not an upgrade but we didn’t complain.
− I was hoping the restaurant would have more options and be open later/longer. We seemed to go at a dead time so many things were closed.

Please be advised if pets are left unattended in the rooms they must be placed in a pet crate so that housekeepers may service the rooms.
You must be 25 years of age or older to reserve a room at The Ferd. People 18-25 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay at The Ferd.
