− I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was hair ALL over the floor, along with crumbs, wrappers and popcorn that appeared to have been left from a previous guest. A clean room is a basic expectation, and unfortunately this fell well below that standard. Not only that, I was asked how our experience was, and was honest. The reply I got from the front desk was, "I inspected the room." I said thank you, she took no accountability, no apology, needs to work on professionalism. I just walked out. A room should be inspected, cleaned thoroughly. Basic sanitation. I'd appreciate if you could let me know what you can do to make this right. Please email me at hairbyjessicanicole@gmail.com.
