8.0Location within historical part of Xativa. Beautiful views Vintage style decoration of the flat Nice breakfast good selection and homemade jams Great hospitaity
− Very hot during the summertime a bit noisy aircon to fall sleep easily. We found coackroches in the bathroom. Could be more deeply cleaned to avoid the mouldy smell in the room. Bin wasn't emptied upon our arrival.

10.0Very tastefully decorated house with a few rooms. My room was on the side of the street but since it’s only pedestrian there was no noise from outside. Helpful and friendly owner, good value breakfast and in general great value for money
