10.0The staff was extremely helpful and kind. I left my backpack in a taxi when I arrived, panicked and called the hotel's contact via Whatsapp. She was very assuring, came to see me in less than 5 minutes, and had already called the taxi company by the time she came. The next day, she accompanied me to pick up my backpack from the central office of the taxi company (yes, it came back to me nothing was missing, triumf taxi is the best in Varna ). Everything was sorted. The location was very centric near both the beach and city centre.

9.0The atmosphere of the hotel was very cozy and homelike, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent — the ingredients were high quality, and the whole meal had a wonderful homemade taste.
− The only miss was that the sauna wasn't working.

− Unter der Behauptung es sei ein historisches Haus, muss man Schuhe im Lobby ausziehen. Weder Boden noch Wände sind aber historisch! Und check-in läuft elektronisch. Nach meiner Bemerkung, wurden wir aber trotzdem persönlich empfangen.

10.0Hotel kameralny 6 pokoi, spokój i cisza. Zasada - korzystanie z kapci które otrzymujemy nowe. Śniadania bardzo dobre, smaczne. Kawa dostępna cały czas + ciasteczka do kawy. Codziennie dostarczane do pokoju butelki wody. Pokój nowy, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. . Bardzo czysto, przemiła obsługa. Dobra lokalizacja 10 minut do plaży i do centrum.

10.0Wonderful staff, perfect location, the most comfortable bed I ever slept on at a hotel. Sauna on the premises was lovely. Loved the no shoes policy - the whole area just feels much cleaner than other places we stayed at. Wonderful breakfast onsite with a pleasant variation every morning. Spacious and comfortable bathroom. Definitely would come back, and strongly recommend it to others. Thank you for a pleasant memorable stay!
− They don't have an elevator, so if you have additional accessibility needs - this location may not be right for you. Still, they advertise everything as it is with full transparency in the page, so I wouldn't call it a downside, just something to be mindful of.
