10.0The staff was very helpful. The hotel location is within walking distance from the bus station as well as the castle. The staff went out of their way to find some affordable travel accommodations to Ani since the usual bus does not operate during the COVID pandemic. Overall, it was a nice 2 night stay.

6.0some staff were friendly and my stay was ok - free parking is only when you manage to find a spot on the street.overall the hotel was a bit tired but to be expected as its cheap - its in a good location for the main high street

Pis ve sigara kokuyor
2.0Odalar agır sigara kokuyordu, perdeler pisti yerlerde toz obekleri vardı, valizimizi açıp yerleştiremedik butün misafirler şikayet ediyordu
Çalışanlar güler yüzlü Ancak gerisi hayal...
8.05 katta kalorifer yanmıyordu. Sıcak su ise çok ama çok geç geldi. Velhasıl kelam hasta oldum :)
