10.0Einfach alles. Tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Personal.
Ein großes Kompliment für einen gelungenen und sehr schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.
10.0Dies ist ein kleines und eher familiär anmutendes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ sehr hochwertig und liebevoll gestaltet und die Zimmer sind sehr schön.
− Da gibt es vom Grundsatz her nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat oder wo wir Verbesserungsbedarf erkennen würden. Was aber (meines Erachtens) durchaus interessant und erwähnenswert scheint, sind diese Aspekte: das Hotel liegt (mit guter ÖPNV - Anbindung) in der Nähe zur Innenstadt, zwar etwas abseits der (relativ dicht befahrenen) Dresdner Straße aber eben nicht mitten im Wald (was die Umgebungsgeräuschkulisse betrifft). Eine 24/7 Rund-um-die-Uhr-Versorgung ist durch das Personal ebenso wenig zu gewährleisten wie ein übermäßig opulentes Verpflegungsangebot. Die freundlichen Damen sind aber rührig und zuvorkommend und sehr bemüht, für jeden Wunsch eine Lösung zu finden.

6.0− We arrived late . Advised hotel staff . Our room was on 3 floor . Someone had turned off the lift . 3 flights of stairs with 2 dogs and luggage . Not good.
