− És un tercer pis sense ascensor. Vàrem estar dos dies, havíem avisat que hi havia vidres al terra de l'habitació i no hi havia cap escombra, ningú no va passar a netejar ni a revisar l'habitació, tot i que ens digueren que ho farien.
Ottima struttura al centro di Nuoro. Pulizia ineccepibile. Accoglienza ottima. Consigliatissima.

6.0La posizione, la vicinanza a bar e ristoranti. Facilità di parcheggio.
− Il frigo in camera era molto rumoroso, nella notte mi sono dovuto alzare e staccare la spina per riposare. Il climatizzatore non funziona, nonostante lo abbia messo alla temperatura più bassa possibile non raffreddava la camera. O ha i filtri sporchi o il gas si è esaurito.
Un punto di appoggio in caso di necessità, niente di più
6.0L’autonomia nel check-in e la possibilità di entrare all’orario per me più comodo, oltre alla vicinanza con l’ospedale. Quest’ultimo forse è il suo vero punto di forza, perché non sembra una struttura da utilizzare come appoggio se non in casi di necessità.
− Molto rumorosa, sia all’interno (frigo, rumore dalle altre camere) sia dall’esterno (rumore prodotto dalle auto nonostante il poco traffico). Per fortuna ero molto stanco e quindi ho dormito lo stesso.
