Worst experience I've had at a Holiday Inn
3.0The room was clean. We always choose Holiday Inn for the cleanliness and in the past, proficient staff.
− We booked for 6 people for two nights and were given 3 towels for the stay and told there were no extra towels to be had. No towels at all for the pool. The people above us were very loud and it sounded like a football game was being played above us at 1 am. The advice from the front desk was if we were that worried about it to call the police.

10.0The location was perfect for our stay to visit family. The beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was fantastic!
− The air conditioner seemed to kick off automatically when we would leave the room so it was always warm when we would get back to the room after our day out. It did cool off quickly, tho.
