2.0by mistake a piece of just a decorated stuff was broken by me at entrance and i paid for it but the guy on reception threatend me and was so rude no a good place to visit

Under Construction, loud & uncomfortable
4.0Upon getting to the hotel & my room, realized that the whole floor was under construction / remodeling. No notification when I booked the room, or when I checked in at front desk. The halls smelled of paint stripper and was quite unpleasant. Asked to move rooms, but was told it wasn't an option. Given I checked in and the parking lot was 80% empty...was hard to believe. In general the rooms are clean, but cold & sterile. Hard beds. 2 small pillows on a king bed, 2 bath towels and no other towels (ie. face cloths, hand towels, etc.) and the adjoining room has tile under the door, to could hear every word the neighbours next door were saying all night. Won't be back.

10.0Very kind staff. Helped me get a room at the last minute and was able to change the bed type upon check in. They were very helpful. They recommended great food in walking distance and tips for getting around Toronto. The room was peaceful and quiet. I couldn't hear other quests. It has a nice clean appearance and pleasant smell.
