7.0What I really love about the property is that it was close to everything, like shopping, food, and even entertainment.
− My room wasn’t fully cleaned when I first arrived, but I spoke to the assistant manager and the cleaning lady on my hall, and my room was cleaned immediately.
Highway robbery

− I was double charged I had already paid for the room online and was told I needed to use a card their for damages if any was no problem then realized next day they charged me full price of the stay to my card. Went and spoke to person at the desk said they was reversing it and money would be back on my card next day still haven’t received the money called and talked to the hotel operator and she informed me they never canceled or changed anything so I basically got ripped off 200 dollars extra for hotel room.
