Valet Damage and Service Fees
2.0Valet damaged my 80k car. No response from management or anything. Not happy. Also charge 20 percent service fees for breakfast when you eat at restaurant.

− I had payed for my hotel in advance and the hotel told me this was not done which is false as I had payed for my stay one month before. Although at start they said there was no problem and that I should not worry( i provided proof I had payed), to my surprise they charged my credit card again and therefore I had to call and are still waiting for a proof that they will be cancelling the charge. This is concerning as if it were not because I review my credit card charges often, this charge could have finalized( and can still finalize). Please kindly Dont make customers pay for your inability of doing things appropriate. in my eyes double charging a client is FRAUD. Kindly fix this issue ASAP.
