Comfy,clean and excellent location
10.0Very clean and comfortable. Narnia 1 delighted my 9 year old grand daughter, especially the books in the dressing table. The breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed walking in the grounds, looking at the cows and also watching the planes fly overhead and deciding where they were going. Met by the owner on arrival and given all the information we needed. High quality furnishings, towels and soaps. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
− As long as you don't mind being woken up early due to planes raking off it is a superb location. The blind in the door needs looking at as it allowed in a lot of light. These were minor things that didn't spoil our stay.

10.0Delightful property. The room was quite small but very well designed with a spacious bathroom. There’s a kettle, a fridge and a Nespresso machine. There are plentiful sockets on both sides of the bed and the light switches are all conveniently, and logically, positioned. Good breakfast. Communication with the owner was excellent.
− Owen House Farm is under the flight path of nearby Manchester airport. Obviously this is not the fault of the property but the planes are frequent and noisy.

10.0Great communication, easy self check in as we arrived later than we expected. Perfect accommodation for a family of four. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.
