10.0Beautiful building in a stunning location with lovely gardens. Plenty parking in the grounds. Rooms pleasant and clean. Breakfast on another level. Probably one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in my extensive travels. Fab menu to choose from and food u can tell is local quality produce. Friendly staff and helpful.

10.0A lovely B&b The room was comfortable and clean , the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent . We were in an attic room during a heatwave but the fan we were given was a life saver ..

Check-in is strictly from 15:00 to 19:00. The Hideaway At Windermere requests that all guests provide an expected arrival time at the time of booking.
Arrivals after 19:00 will be treated as a no-show and will be charged in full, as per cancelation policy.
Please note that The Hideaway has a strict nonsmoking policy. Guests will be asked to vacate the room immediately if evidence of smoking is found, and a minimum charge of GBP 200.00 will be applied to the credit/debit card used to make the reservation, to cover all additional cleaning and dry cleaning costs.
Bookings for 3 rooms or more cannot be accepted.
