Great facilities and hotel but seems to have a few organizational problems
7.0Nice hotel and facilities. Breakfast was great too!
− There was no one at the reception when we arrived. Also we received a room without an extra bed although we requested it ahead of time. We were given a different room eventually but only after several hours of frustration. Several guests who arrived after us had issues with their cards and couldn't access their rooms. There was no one there from the staff to help them
