Poor Internet. Your belongings are not safe even inside the room. Terribly unresponsive and rude. I have been staying here for 10 days. I found their service terribly bad. Worst ever. Starting from the Restaurant. They take 45 minutes to 1 hour to serve some basic dish like spaghetti or egg omelet. The meat they served in Indian dish was not fresh at all. these incident keep happening repetitively. Second thing is the worst internet connections. It's very inconsistent. Most of the time there was no internet. My some belongings went missing from the room 307 and 207. But the most pathetic part was all the staffs from hotel reception to restaurant and the manager he himself didn't respond and took any measure to troubleshoot any problem. Not a value for money. Your belongings are not even safe inside the room. Be careful.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. While I was sleeping in Room 408, I was shocked to find a rat in the ceiling. I immediately contacted the manager, who said it was the first time something like this had happened. He also mentioned that Room 408 is close to the kitchen, which might explain how the rat got in — implying the kitchen could be infested as well. This is completely unacceptable. It’s a major health and safety concern, and no guest should have to deal with such a situation. Hygiene standards in this hotel are clearly questionable. Avoid if you value cleanliness and basic comfort.

This hotel's location is good, as it is on the main toad, so access to transport is easy accesible. However the breakfast spread is terrible. There is limited fresh things, and the bit of fruit that is cut up, the 2 times Iwanted to take, flies was sitting all over it. Telling staff about it, they just ignore you. Bread is stale and this spread consists of curries and rice. It was raining throughout our stay and water is pouring in at the reception and rooftop dining area, so staff was putting buckets all over to catch water. The structure definitely needs work. The room I stayed in, had seaview and you could open the sliding door for fresh air, however the restaurants across the road would have music blasting the whole sunday into the early hours of monday morning, so door had to stay close. This hotel also hosted a "brunch show", the Saturday evening and there was hundreds of people. Music was deafening that you could not sleep or even hear your tv. This also lasted until early hours of Sunday morning. Don't hosts massive parties like that, and try and run a hotel, where guests needs to sleep, whilst rooms are not soundproof at all. Would definitely not recommend this hotel

My first time staying at a hotel in Freetown. This hotel needs little updating buy my stay was comfortable.. It had all the basic necessities, shower, hot water, A/C and a clean room. The staff was very friendly, and the hotel has amazing view of the beach and ocean. Thank you to Haja and the lovely ladies in the restaurant for making my stay memorable one.. Definitely will recommend this place if u are looking for a great location, affordability, comfort and a beautiful view of the beach and ocean..

The stay was alright but there was no working tv and telephone and when i called to tell the staff, no one showed up to fix. My son and his wife had to be moved twice because their rooms were not clean. The breakfast buffet did not have good choices.
