5.0− Was told that there was limited availability due to a council "event" - this turned out to be housing homeless. It was not a problem and did not detract from my stay. I have sayed over the past three years, some aspects are ready for a spruce up The staff are really freindly and are doing their best

− The room was diabolical.. Holes in doors, no hot water, kettle would not fit under tap - had to use cup to fill it, no towels provided, no one on reception and socks on the smoke detector - this is a health & safety concern, other guests were smoking weed. This room does not reflect the photos on the website!!!!
